A total of 41 students (B-Tech CSE/AIML/BCA 6 th Sem) participated in this visit under the guidance of faculty coordinators Mr. Mohit Sharma and Mrs. Megha.   Campus Recruitment Training Phase–I Training Programme Report Duration : 27th January – 6th February Organized by: RPSCET Balana, Mahendergarh Attendees : CSE/ AIML/ BCA 6th Sem Abstract The Phase–I Training Program was conducted with the objective of enhancing students’ technical proficiency, analytical reasoning, and professional competencies. The program comprised five major modules: Java Programming, Python Programming, and Soft Skills Development, each structured for 30 hours of intensive learning. The training was delivered in a batch-wise format to cater to students from diverse academic backgrounds.
